I'm on my 2nd cheap version. To me it really makes indoor riding much better with movement. First was just under rear of bike/trainer with tennis balls. Newer version is full plate, with wheelbarrow tubes, (about to add linear bearing rail for forward n back movement.)

Used the High Mountain kit, but first time was kind of bland. Added mustard seeds, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and paprika.

My 2nd attempt at summer sausage, 15lbs beef/pork/venison and cheddar. Added more spices this time and came out much better. The new sausage stuffer and meat mixer made it much faster and easier. Smoking took about 7 hours to reach temp.
