Thanks for riding! Went back today and built a real rock bridge over the perpetual mud spot by the river. Complete with drainage tunnel underneath..

Joe Monga was able to get the bridge rebuilt today.

Also built a quick rock skinny in the muddy spot just up the trail…

Log cut out and bridge..... fixed, for now. It's stable and ridable but we'll get new planks on there in about a week or two weather depending.

Wildcat is... WET. lots of greasy mud sections. The rock garden at the bottom of white (Down from hawk watch) is a compete disaster.

Telemark trails cleared, several deadfall trees removed. Iron Spirit, Shotgun, Low Line.

There's a few trees down on the Telemark side. On where Free Solo and Shotgun meet. That one can be ducked under. Another one a the very top of Iron Spirit that is a full canopy down across the trail. I'll try to get out and clean these up this week but no promises. Otherwise just a lot a...

Is the "Dragon's Tail" the switchback down from the power lines (counter clockwise)?

The original north entrance has been cleaned up of deadfall and debris but not raked. If you know where it is you'll find it. Otherwise the new entrance is still there.

There's a sweet roller a the top of The Way as well. The largest in Wildcat that I know of. It's off on a little side trail at the top of The Way and just loops right back to the trail.

All pretty good and dried out. Small stuff down on the lesser traveled trails.

Did the "outer loop" yesterday from laurel pond parking lot. newer stuff was all good, a few wet puddle spots but nothing major.

cut out a log that was on the trail just inside the lower entrance from snake hill rd. Also cut out a canopy that had fallen across Low Line just past the lower entrance to Evergreen.

Girlscout cookies: Chainsaw malfunction so we just cleared a go-round on the high side. Also cleared more of that downed canopy a little ways up the trail that had shifted down since we originally cut it out. Then did some deadfall clearing on the original Lowline entrance. Trails are ok...
