Looking to trade a Thompson Elite internal dropper for a 125 or 150 which is a tad shorter. I have 3 other 150 droppers and the Thompson is about a cm longer than others. If you ride a frame which is large or greater it's probably negligible but my medium frames don't play that way. 31.8 or 30.9

Found a tear in a DHR2 and have read people using DHFs on front and rear. Has anyone done this? Some have said DHFs are faster than a DHR2, but they seem to be more aggressive, thoughts?
