Saw Wheely Man and rode a couple of miles with him on the local trails. He had the Bluetooth going, but because he can do a 288 yard manual and I can't, I didn't complain. We passed no one on the trails, but I did see a sprinty dog owner with her Golden Doodle off the leash on a trail 50 yards away.

Nabbed the Twisted Tea can from the Christmas Tree.

daily commute, 4 rides...rode past my buddies house on the way out of the hood...his sump pump is flushing his basement, and it's created a HUGE ice floe in front of his house. unfortunately no PIX...also, i had headwinds going uptown in the morning, and headwinds going downtown in the afternoon. some days your the bug, and other days your the windshield...unfortunately no pix again today...

First tracks snow ride this morning. Ate it a couple times - particularly good fall going up one of the steps on the forbidden trail. There’s a lot of ice under the snow and I had a solid washout. Rear tire slipped on one of the higher bridges which made for a solid puckerfest.

We are not the only ones using the trail:

Avoid that Salt Death

The snow this morning was more stickier than Sunday's snow and seemed to be more slippy on the trails. Tried to avoid the salted roads as much as possible, as I know that the salt is what makes the snow stick to everything.

Can’t believe I got a personal record today on one of my local trails. Fat bike does not feel fast but can boogie when needed. Trails took a beating the past couple of years as parts of it have fallen into the Saddle River so is really narrow in spots.
