Dear Iggy,
While I understand this may not be your, well let's say your ken, for lack of a better word, I have a...ok I know, I know...I have a grammar question.
Suppose I am writing a book. And since I am not what society calls "a writer" I have come to call this thing I am writing "my book" for lack of a better way to express it. Now suppose I want to end a sentence with the quoted expression "my book" established above. How should I use this expression? Specifically, where does the period go?
A (inside). I am trying to put more time into "my book."
B (outside). I am trying to put more time into "my book".
