Finding good Chinese beer finally. This one from Shandong which isn't far from Shanghai. Not a fan of witbier but but this one I'd drink over hoebeer which I find too wet and heavy. Paired with an exclusive double matcha kitkat from Japan

Another ReBerg, light at under 4abv but has a unique buckwheat flavor like the tea you drink in a Korean restaurant. Neat milk bottle packaging and could drink a few without getting blasted

Wifes friend has good taste in beer, also sent us a mixed box of Delirium which she is a fan. I think it's too dry.

So out of curiosity, do you guys drink anything other then IPA's? I can't get past the bitterness and I've tried a shload of them. I've always wondered, do you find the bitterness enjoyable or does it not taste bitter to you?

I don't taste bitter, just different hop notes and flavors. But I also like sour beers so bitter is a plus for me. On the flip side I can't get past the malt in most beers and IPAs I used to drink.

Try Galaxy X2
the light bitter is balanced with a sweet caramel. much different than many.

other balancing acts are pulled off with citra hops. that produces a citrus flavor - could be lemon, grapefruit, or other.
this is done without adding the fruit, although many are "enhanced"

the purely bitter ipa is losing favor to these more complex and balanced brews. There was a discussion about them
really being "beer" anymore.

it may be an acquired taste, but i've moved away from things(food/snacks/drinks) that are sweet - so the bitter is never that bad.

I'm with you, I perceive bitter very strongly and don't enjoy beers with high IBU ratings so basically avoid them.
