I have been using clipless for years and just switched over to flats which is tough for me is some situations. I need to learn proper technique for things like bunny hops and such so I think I'm leaving the flats on.

Ben mentioned last time that flats are recommended to properly learn techniques
too many people think a bunny hop is just pulling up on your clipless pedals and bars, I'm usually on eggbeaters and shimano but like Moto recently been riding flats more

I've always run flats on all my MTBs, and during my early formative years would affectionately call them........SHIN-BURGERS!
