What kind of snake?

@2Julianas wanted to take it home as a pet.

@capedoc - any idea what that snake is?

Looks Like a Northern Water Snake thats about to shed it's skin soon. Can tell by the head and it's keeled scales. Northern water snakes aren't usually that dark and monotone looking. Typically more of a coper / orange color with horizontal bands. When they get close to shedding however their colors & pattern go dull.

They are also one of the most aggressive snakes to boot

Yup. Only if you Fuck with them, they will be aggressive as hell. Otherwise I don't think any one really has to worry about an encounter with one.
