2/23/2017: High Mountain Park Preserve. I've been working this place into the rotation the past couple months. Its really a great park. One of these days I actually need to take Jake's trail going down. I HAB'd quite a bit going up. Insane weather...65 degrees, WTF?

Moving time: 1:34:09 (6.0 miles, man I'm slow!)

Only took 1 pic. And it was mainly an excuse to stop and breath during my HAB up Jake's...

... there's a womans ride at Clayton on Saturday that my wife is going to. If i wear a wig and follow them, assuming i can keep up of course, will that count as a "planned ride" for the bonus? o_O

Last Sunday was kinda pooped so drove to the start location of the Watchung Wheelman gravel ride and thus cut the distance in half

Monday Presidents Day : biked to Lake Hopatcong trying to find a Single Speed friendly route north and west to connect to Rt 519. I guess this was a good start but Randolph had some climbing and a plenty o wind. Gonna try and use this route up to Sussex and down 519 to Philipsburg.

Saw Fabian Cancellara on Tuesday night speak at Marty's Rep. Night. Was really cool, although he was a lot more long-winded and serious with his answers that Jens Voigt was last year. They also had one of his "Spartacus" Trek Domane bikes there to see up close.

Fabian became more successful in the Fall Classics in the latter part of his career and so in a weak reference to the "Hell of the North," I headed northward on this ride.
