JORBA: Wildcat/Splitrock
JORBA.ORG
If you ride in a Wildlife Management Area (WMA), please consider participating in this survey by the NJDEP.

While mountain biking is permitted, you may notice it is not listed in the activities (#3), in which case you need to add this as "Other: Please describe.

There is also an opportunity for suggestions on capital improvements (#4).
While there is an option to select "hiking trails" there is none for multi-use trails.
This could be entered in "Other: Please describe"

Lastly, there is an opportunity to provide general feedback in #10.

@trailhead Which WMA is related to Mahlon Dickerson?

I don't see one named Mahlon Dickerson. Do we use Weldon Brook? Sparta Mtn?

I guess I'm the only one not seeing it. Thanks!

Weldon Brook WMA is the most likely one. That WMA is to the west of Mahlon off the rail trail. To the east of Mahlon at the top of Stone Gate is Rockaway R WMA. Sparta Mountain WMA is further north and isn't quite adjacent to Mahlon. It can be reached by taking the rail trail north of Glen Road, or taking Ridge Road which is dirt north of Glen Road.
