Rod Murray is hosting the GGG Duathlon again for next year. And he made it longer (more like the Mountain Man). Still really early... but here's the details if anyone's thinking about pushing themselves and trying something new... plus, you can do it solo or as a relay team. :)

Hi ladies (and gentlemen representing their ladies)--

Just wanted to bump this up as a reminder for anyone who might be interested in doing this...

Plus i'd like to ask anyone who's done this or a similar race (like mountain man) for their opinions about the races... the good, the bad and the ugly: things like signs for parking, how well the race was marked, early registration discounts, how to get more ladies involved, etc etc... i'll relay all the info over to Rod in order to try to make this second year of the race better and run more smoothly than last year's.

thanks in advance! :)

Prior joke removed. I'll be out there cheering and lending a hand. :)

Was a pretty well run race last year, I'm sure it'll be even better this year.
