We recently got a new puppy and I was interested in lakes where I can take him swimming. We're in NW Bergen county an I have taken him to Ramapo but I need a lake that is closer to parking because the hike is still a bit much for him.

Also any recommendations for fenced in areas where he can run would be great.

Try round valley from the boat launch inside the park not the boat ramp access to the left
