Thank you @soundz

The bike characteristics definitely changed. I felt the bike on 29 inch wheels were very boring and sluggish and slow. But maybe that is because I was out of shape and I had heavy and poopy 29ers.

Looks awesome! Surprised the rear fit in there so well. Nice build.

I should of brought to Lou during the build but I was being retarded. He could of probably centered the rim a bit to the right so the distance between the stays are even since the left side is a bit closer. But since the rim is SO stiff there isn't even a sign of the tire touching the frame. And I weigh 240 and I rail it downhill (uphill not so much hahaha)

@Tonggi the clearance on the fork looks a little tight...can we see a closeup?

Best I can for now since its inside. Will try to get pics Saturday am when outside (going to 6 mile conditions permitting hopefully!)

Tons and tons of space on the fork. That is just the mud guard making it look tight. The rear on the other hand is not. Lou wants me to bring it back after a month of riding to let the spokes settle and he will re adjust. Might ask to offset it a bit to the right if possible.

EDIT: Now that I look at the pic, the rear looks like its touching from the picture but its not. Might be able to move 1-3 mm over and should be perfect. for now, nothing to worry about.

@Tonggi what year is your TransAM? i have a 2012 and i'm looking to do the same thing. likely will use WTB frequency i25 rims that i already have. Just need to tension the hell out of them to prevent flex.

how much clearance do you have on either side of your rear tire? Any advise on how your TransAM went together would be epic. What pressure are you running front vs rear?

Thanks!
