For the record I didn't have an argument or disagreement with said mechanic, he just always has a crap attitude when I've asked questions in the past. I genuinely want to learn about wrenching on my own bike. The vibe was always "look it up on your own or don't ask." What put me over the top...

I try to let things go... I worked at a Helpdesk for 2 years so I know being pissed does nothing, but It was too early in their day to be so grouchy. They lost a customer, I tried to support them but ill just shop online now for parts and use a different shop for service when necessary

Im done with my LBS...I cant stand the arrogance of some of mechanics when I ask a question. Ive gotten some recommendations from friends where to go which require a further drive so ill start there. but what's the deal with some of these employees?

HAHA no it doesn't because if I had that kind of money, I wouldn't live in NJ. Id be working the system to not pay income tax HA

heads up if anyone is coming VIA patriots path from Whitehead road there is a fallen tree head height coming down the the hill toward the river. If I was any taller I would have had an issue. Also conditions were good, normal wet spots.
