This morning, I found the first right of Bridges trail (doing "all rights") has been shut down. It was my 1st time over here in a long while. Anybody know why? :cry:

Nice first ride of the season!! Got my 1st ride of 2012 in yesterday at Clayton. The trail was in excellent condition! Shout out of thanks to my man Rick for letting me use his pump!

I'm a newbie (still), and I honestly didn't know you should give way to an uphill rider. I always either stop, or if the trail is big enough, get over to a far side when all oncoming bikers approach. Though, it makes sense about the uphill rider. Afterall, he/she is expending all that effort on...

My two cents: I've always had success parking further west at W. Bells Mills Road entrance. There's 2 lots there. The one higher up on the Andorra side is the preferred lot, so getting a spot may be tough. That road connects the Chesnut Hill section to Andorra; both are pretty upscale...

I may be able to join if I can get out of in-law hosting duty for a few hours. Which lot are you parking in?

Thanks fiftyfixe. I missed getting over there Tuesday, I did manage to ride around there on my own on Wednesday. Nice ride! I hope to make it there next Tuesday.

Thanks to a couple of guys on the trail!!! I want to give a shout out of thanks to Scott and Mike who I met on the trail yesterday at Ceres and had the chance to ride with. We had a good time, traded numbers, and I look forward to riding with them again. Next time I'll have regular pedals...
