    Frozen solid and dry goodness! Instead of internetraging, just watch the weather (I think that was suggested :^) 23_26 deg, no snow, it was great.

    1/16 Allaire dry and frozen solid this morning. Good ride. Got lost leading the kids so had to throw in a small loop.

    Finally got our, just to get out. Boring partially frozen Greenway still better than sitting on front of the computer. We turned around when the almost frozen over puddles got deep. Son refused to be in the picture. It was a slog, normal ride is 12mi round trip in less than an hour.

    Can't say it was a great weekend, 7 pints of IPA for the weekend and midnight snack on Saturday. But it was a good weekend, got a ride in on Sat and down a few pounds since the 1st. Now need to work on discipline

    I ate 2/3 last night. Eating the rest for post-ride lunch right now. Finally, first ride of 2023. 10mi on Columbia Trail with a few people from the team. Not much weight loss yet but i had lost 7-8lbs in Sept so now is the hard part.

    Still no exercise but did clean the basement so I can ride the trainer. Bike needs TLC but single-speed works fine on a trainer if all you care about is time on the bike. Diet going well. Pro(ha!) tip: track your alcohol in your calorie counter glass by glass; works for me better than any will...
