My 1986 Specialized Allez

    Here's a few pictures of my 86' steel frame Specialized Allez "rescue bike". This past spring a guy had dropped this bike off at the shop b/c he didn't have the heart to throw her in the garbage. As she was getting wheeled out to the shop's dumpster I grabbed her, stripped her down to the frame and Tommy built her back up. She's now my fav bike :D Some of the parts are from the early to mid 90's, Dura-Ace brakes, early Shimano 600 hubs and front derailuer and Mavic "red" rims and Ultegra compact crankset is newer along with a few year old Shimano 9 spd 105 rear derailuer.     Did you have it repanted? It looks beautiful. Nothing like a good steel frame.
