I have noticed that a some of the photo albums being created int the Media Gallery are being set to "owner only". This was the default, so I have changed the default to "members only".
If you want to change the privacy of one of your existing albums, call up your albums then click on the little checkbox on the top left of the album, and choose "Change privacy".
