Didn't see your name in the Lewis Morris results. Were you there? I was at a family wedding in Michigan, unfortunately.
Just wanted to share my sorrow with you, my racing buddy. I have a stress fracture in my foot that is apparently pretty bad and I have to wear an air cast for FOUR weeks.
NO running, NO BIKING, no nothing (except swimming). I had to beg the doc NOT to put me in a plaster cast.
I'm so friggin' pissed off right now, but it could be much worse, right?
Listen, kick butt and enjoy yourself. I still hope to see you soon. I'll be screaming my head off for you!!!
