you go to Arthurs? View attachment 85114

Their steaks are meh

You need to understand I love PBR not because its the best but because I haven't had better. Why get turned on to the finer things in life when all you can have is PBR? I don't want to be left dreaming about miller highlife.

is it obvious that I don't drink? but in all seriousness I enjoy a fattie steak you don't need to do much more outside of salt pepper cook in butter and don't cook past M.R. and I'm a happy camper. Even if you cooked it to hockey puck I'm happy to eat it since I never eat steak.

I see their 24oz Delmonico is still under $30. When steakhouses were popular 20 yrs ago we'd eat that almost every week. Even tackled the double or full porterhouse a few times, but that was when I was in my 20s. If you're serious about losing weight, get a steak that's 10-12oz or share the 24 with someone. I love steak more than any other food, but fully content with a small aged for not a lot more than your Arthur's steak. I usually buy the prime at Costco and cut them to the size I want. Over the summer, we should grab one, and butcher/cook at a park after a ride. Guess I'm proposing an OOS picnic/BBQ after one of the rides.
