Not sure what did it - more left upper hip than back. Started after a longer mtb ride 2 weeks ago, got better, then acted up again near the end of our waway ride.

Monday 5/21 ride is cancelled.
I'll be at the hilltop gravel ride.
Bring your MTB, road bike ,fat bike or anything with wheels and get out and ride.

Nassau trail
After last week's group ride. I can't wait to get back and ride that new trail.
