that is if you have the money and old with equity and a stable career.... first time home buyers like me is what drives the market which I do plan to get a good deal and also pay above my mortgage and get a good rate. So win, win, win. The housing ppl can say all they want about foreclosures etc but you can't time these things and you don't know what is going to happen. If you are hunting right now you are in a good position. It can only go down so far and no one knows where the bottom is. It's all blasphemy any way. It's all driven by the big men.
Maybe tell her that with the money you save, you can have Matty build you a garage on the property
