    Telemark Trails Conditions

Rode all but Iron Spirit and Evergreen tonight in the drizzle, then steady rain. Everything was clear except this just before the Iron Spirit entrance and trails were in great shape. Scraped out a couple drains and trimmed a couple spots too. Can't join Thurs ride this week but maybe next...

Nice. Maybe one of my boys will be stoked on riding like that someday. Are the meat report guys still making videos? They were entertaining.

    Mia Meets Bike

Sweet pic and wow! That's a big drop to have in an enduro race in my opinion. I love jumps but also not a fan of having that kinda course in an enduro race. Seems weird to try to go fast on a trail that's meant for fun and if a racer is not a jumper - they've definitely screwed. Congrats on...

    Dickerson Mine Preserve Conditions

Trails are good to go. Did a quick drainage clearing TM on Creek Trail today. Also cleaned up the mess of a tree with vines blocking up the top stream crossing. That crossing could use some real TLC with armoring, etc.

    The DIY thread - DIYourself

My neighbor hangs CDs from fishing line on the side of his house to stop them from pecking his wood siding. Same theory about the light reflection, except they blow in the wind so maybe more annoying to the peckers.

    Sourlands VTM Wed 5/8/24 6-8pm

    The Good Deals Thread

Yes, they are legit and have been around a while. I have bought many things from them. I would never buy a mail-order bike though. LBS for that for me, but to each their own.

    Sirius XM chatter

Annual renewal song and dance today. Offered $13.99 for Music Showcase package (while paying $6.49 for that on the other car). 5min on website chat and I got the $4.99 Music+Entertainment package for both vehicles (and re-aligned their expiration dates). I appreciate how easy the "haggling"...

Six Mile Red Trail Closure, Please Read

my thought would be on some kind of solid base or piles above the water line (basically at same level as the road) and then trail ramped up to it on either end

Six Mile Red Trail Closure, Please Read

A shipping container (or other) bridge here would be doable. Building a trail to it would be no problem for jdog. Just not sure what that span is. During flooding time, it would just not be rideable (which would probably be a good thing)

Six Mile Red Trail Closure, Please Read

Ocean shipping containers may be an option. We do have a surplus of them in the US.
